Radio 4: The Strange Case of the Salted Snack

One of the School Exclusion Project’s Directors, Jodie Drummond, represented the parents of Riley, a 6-year-old boy who was excluded from school last year because of mini cheddars in his lunchbox.

In this week’s Radio 4 Law in Action podcast, Joshua Rozenburg meets with Riley and his parents to discuss the case.

Rachel Knowles from Just For Kids Law, also talks about their successful legal challenge to the Department for Education, in relation to their clumsy new exclusion guidance. Well worth a listen!
